This policy applies to digital notes, PDFs, ZIP files, documents, study material, and other digital products sold on updateshub.xyz.
Digital Delivery
After successful payment, eligible products are delivered through the user dashboard/download page. Delivery is usually instant, but may take additional time if payment confirmation from the gateway is delayed.
No Physical Shipping
We sell digital products only. No physical shipping is required unless specifically mentioned on a product page.
Cancellation
Orders for digital products cannot usually be cancelled after successful payment and download access is granted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if duplicate payment was made, payment succeeded but download access was not provided, the file is completely inaccessible due to our technical issue, or the wrong file was delivered.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided after successful download, for change of mind, failure to read product description, device incompatibility, sharing account details, or misuse of download limits.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect depending on the bank or payment provider.
